At AHP, we are committed to developing our volunteers’ skills, and the capacities of our membership (an integral component of our organization) to identify key needs in the community, and to engage in informed action to address some of those needs.

Our membership body is composed of professionals working in the fields of science and technology, the humanities, teaching, real estate, public health, counseling, the law, service provision, international development, diplomacy, and business management (among others) in both the public and private sectors.

Through regular, intentional networking, we draw on the expertise and good will of our members to enhance our ability to stay abreast of trends and needs in the community we have pledged to serve, and to strengthen AHP’s ability to design and implement programs and activities that are useful to the community.
