Merancia Noelsaint 

Merancia Noelsaint was born in Gonaives, Haiti, but raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. Merancia received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law and a Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.) degree in Telecommunication from the University of Florida. Merancia is currently an Attorney Advisor at the DC Public Service Commission and sits as the Membership Officer for the Association of Haitian Professionals. In her free time, she likes to direct plays and explore everything nature has to offer.
