Ensures the coordination of events and other mechanisms for the recruitment of potential new members as well as the retention of current members.

The Membership Engagement Team provides orientation and welcome support to new members, develops and maintains the membership benefits package, which may include preferential rates or discounts with selected vendors and/or service providers.

Membership Engagement is the backbone of our organization, as our strength and motivation to continue to serve our community comes from our member body and volunteers.
